Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Hub Manager role based in Mumbai Thane Vashi & Andheri. The Hub Manager oversees daily hub operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, allocation of resources,



and adherence to service-level commitments. Responsibilities include supervising hub staff, managing scheduling and workloads, and ensuring safe handling and storage of consignments. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing routes and processes, and coordinating with other hubs and customer service teams for timely, accurate deliveries. The Hub Manager also implements company policies, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and maintains compliance with safety and security standards.

Qualifications
- Operational management skills in logistics or distribution centers, including hub or warehouse supervision and process optimization.
- Experience in team leadership, staff supervision, and performance management in an operations environment.
- Strong planning and coordination abilities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and route or network management.
