Job Description:
- An SAP APO Consultant in an AMS project is responsible for supporting, maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing the SAP Advanced Planning & Optimization
- The consultant works closely with business users, support teams, and technical teams to ensure stable planning operations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and implementation of SAP PP (Production Planning) processes:
- MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor integration
- Work on Advanced Planning solutions:
- SAP APO (DP, SNP, PP/DS, CIF)
- Positive to have - SAP IBP (Demand, Supply, Response & Supply Planning)




- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and scalable SAP solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, QM, EWM) for integrated planning scenarios
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle:
- Blueprinting → Build → Testing → Cutover → Hypercare
- Drive UAT, defect resolution, and business sign-offs
- Provide AMS / production support and continuous improvement
- Work closely with business stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy, planning efficiency, and supply responsiveness
