Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled SAP IS-U Analyst to support and enhance customer service, metering, billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP IS-U, robust analytical capabilities, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams to deliver effective business solutions.

The role involves supporting day-to-day operations, managing incidents and enhancements, participating in transformation initiatives, and ensuring seamless integration between SAP IS-U and related SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities




- Provide functional support and maintenance for SAP IS-U processes and applications.
- Configure and support SAP IS-U functionalities, including:
- Customer Master Data Management
- Business Partner Management
- Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable (FI-CA)
- Device Management
- Meter Reading
- Billing and Invoicing
- Move-In / Move-Out Processes
- Customer Service and Contract Management
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Support end-to-end customer lifecycle and billing processes.
- Resolve production support issues, incidents, and service requests within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with business users to optimize customer service and revenue management processes.
- Participate in system testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment activities.
- Work closely with SAP FICO, SD, PM, MM, and technical teams to support integrated business processes.
