Role & responsibilities
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the MAAC Centre and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive student admissions and achieve monthly and annual enrolment targets.
- Lead and monitor the performance of the Counselling, Marketing, and Academic teams.
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and student retention.
- Ensure a high level of student satisfaction and address student/parent concerns promptly.
- Monitor batch schedules, faculty performance, class delivery, and academic operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, faculty members, and other stakeholders.
- Track centre revenue, expenses, collections, and outstanding fee payments.
- Prepare and share regular reports on admissions, revenue, lead conversion, and centre performance.
- Coordinate with the Head Office on business targets, marketing activities, operational requirements, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to MAAC's policies, processes, brand standards, and quality guidelines.




- Identify opportunities to strengthen the centre's presence in the local market through workshops, events, college tie-ups, and promotional activities.
- Take ownership of the centre's overall business growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 8-15 years of relevant experience in Centre Management, Education, Sales, Counselling, or Business Operations.
- Experience in the education, training, vocational, animation, VFX, gaming, or creative industry will be an added advantage.
- Solid leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve admission, revenue, and business targets.
- Strong understanding of sales, lead management, counselling, and customer relationship management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
