Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 5-8 years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales within BFSI/NBFC; exposure to Loans Against Property preferred.
- Proven track record of leading multiple branches/teams
- Strong knowledge of local markets, builder tie-ups, and channel partner ecosystem.
- Strong leadership, people management, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- High motivation, self-starter attitude, and bias for action in a high-performance environment.
- Ability to manage PL, portfolio quality, and risk at the area level
- Solid analytical skills to track performance and drive profitability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MIS tools)

Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field
