Job Title: Sales & Marketing Sr. Manager – Marcom Agency

Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Sr. Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and identifying strategic business opportunities across branding, advertising, digital marketing, and integrated communication services.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Acquisition
- Identify, prospect, and generate leads across sectors (real estate, retail, FMCG, entertainment, etc.)
- Develop customized proposals aligned with client business objectives
- Convert leads into long-term clients through consultative selling

2. Revenue & Pipeline Management
- Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast accuracy

3. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Track market trends in advertising, digital marketing, influencer marketing, and media buying
- Analyze competitor offerings and pricing models
- Identify new revenue streams (e.g., performance marketing, influencer collaborations, AI-driven campaigns)

Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with creative, media, and digital teams to develop compelling pitches
- Ensure smooth onboarding and handover of clients to servicing team

Key Requirements

Experience
- 3–8 years in business development/sales within a Marcom, advertising, or digital marketing agency
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets

Skills

Robust understanding of:
- Digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, performance marketing)
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to build proposals independently

- Monthly revenue generation
- Number of new clients acquired
