Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, sourcing strategies, and client/candidate relationship management. The candidate should be capable of handling multiple positions simultaneously while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Understand client hiring requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and database searches.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates.
- Conduct HR interviews, salary negotiations, and offer discussions.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Meet individual hiring targets, turnaround time (TAT), and productivity KPIs.
- Mentor junior recruiters and support team performance whenever required.
- Stay updated with recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and market intelligence.

- Solid experience in End-to-End Recruitment.
