Role Description
The Autocad Designer will work on-site in Chennai in a full-time capacity, preparing detailed civil, structural, and architectural drawings for various construction projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and updating 2D CAD drawings, creating construction and working drawings, and coordinating with engineers and architects to incorporate design requirements and specifications.



The role involves interpreting design concepts, ensuring drawings meet applicable codes and standards, and revising plans based on feedback from the project team. The Autocad Designer will also assist in space planning layouts, maintain organized drawing files, and support the documentation needed for project approvals and execution.

Qualifications
- Steel and RC GA and Rebar detailing work experience
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting) and familiarity with relevant design standards and building codes.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, ability to interpret technical specifications, and strong time management skills.
- Experience in civil or structural design consultancy environments is an advantage.
