Role Description:

The Video Editor role at Reelio is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves editing short-form videos for various social platforms, assembling raw footage, and maintaining high visual and audio quality. The Video Editor will perform color grading, add motion graphics and visual elements, and adapt content to different formats and aspect ratios. Daily tasks include collaborating with content strategists and designers, refining edits based on feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of projects aligned with brand guidelines.



The role also requires staying current with social media trends and editing styles to keep content fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess strong Video Production and Video Editing skills.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to maintain consistent visual tone.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills for engaging visual enhancements.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong storytelling sense, attention to detail, and willingness to incorporate feedback constructively.
- Relevant experience in social media or short-form video content; a portfolio showcasing past work is highly beneficial.
