Are you passionate about building production-grade Vision AI systems that solve real-world industrial challenges?

We're looking for a Senior AI Scientist (Vision Lead) to lead our client's Vision AI Center of Excellence (COE) and build cutting-edge, real-time video analytics solutions for industries such as ports, logistics, and manufacturing.

What you'll work on:

✅ Production-scale Computer Vision & Vision AI

✅ Multi-Object Tracking (YOLO, ByteTrack, DeepSORT, StrongSORT)

✅ Vision-Language Models (Qwen2.5-VL, Qwen3-VL, LLaVA, SAM)

✅ Edge AI deployments on NVR/CPU/NPU hardware

✅ Model optimization using AWQ, GPTQ, TensorRT-LLM & ONNX Runtime





✅ Synthetic data generation and domain adaptation for industrial environments

We're looking for candidates with:

✔️ 3–5 years of hands-on Computer Vision experience

✔️ Robust expertise in PyTorch, OpenCV, Hugging Face

✔️ Experience deploying AI models into production environments

✔️ Knowledge of RTSP/RTMP, Ubuntu, Docker, Triton Inference Server, vLLM, and ONNX Runtime

✔️ Passion for building scalable Edge AI solutions
