Role Description
The Telemarketer role at Indo Digital Services is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. In this role, the Telemarketer will contact potential and existing clients by phone to introduce and explain the company’s digital marketing services. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and maintaining accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM or internal systems.



The Telemarketer will also respond to basic customer inquiries, follow up on previous communications, and collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to meet targets. Consistent professionalism, clear communication, and a client-focused approach are essential to success in this position.
