Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Polymer Engineer based in Vadodara. The Polymer Engineer will design, develop, and optimize polymer materials and processes for manufacturing applications, with a focus on extrusion and related technologies. Daily responsibilities include conducting laboratory and pilot-scale experiments, analyzing material properties, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and procurement.



The role involves preparing technical documentation, supporting scaling of new formulations from R&D; to production, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and company quality guidelines. The Polymer Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the introduction of new products and technologies.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge in Polymer Engineering and Polymer Science.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Polymers and their applications in manufacturing.
- Candidates should possess experience in Research and Development (R&D;) for polymer materials and processes.
- Candidates should possess practical expertise in Extrusion and related processing techniques.
