About the Role

We are hiring a Manager – Telesales to build and lead our tele-sales function for RAIYA Suno. You will personally close SME subscriptions while also hiring, training, and managing a team of 5 telecallers.



This is a hands-on, target-driven role for someone who can sell as well as lead — you will be measured both on your own numbers and on the output of your team.

What You Will Do

1. Hire, onboard, and train a team of 5 telecallers within the first quarter

2. Set daily/weekly call and conversion targets for the team and track performance against them

3. Coach telecallers on pitch, objection handling, and closing techniques for RAIYA Suno

4. Conduct product demos and close subscriptions directly for high-value or escalated leads

5. Own the full sales cycle: qualification, demo, proposal, objection handling, and closing

6. Achieve monthly and quarterly subscription targets across plan tiers, for self and team combined

7. Monitor call quality, maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in the CRM

8. Run regular team reviews and provide performance feedback to telecallers

9. Coordinate with the marketi
