Role & responsibilities
- Perform routine and specialized testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis spectrophotometers.
- Validate and calibrate analytical methods and laboratory equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of test results, deviations, and observations.
- Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in internal audits and support external inspections.
- Investigate deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
- Analyze data and prepare QC reports with key findings and trends.
- Manage sample receipt, handling, storage, and tracking.
- Develop and update SOPs, QC procedures, and work instructions.
- Train and support junior staff on QC practices and equipment.
- Troubleshoot analytical and equipment-related issues.
- Stay updated with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
