Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and understand clients' health and fitness goals.
- Design customized workout programs tailored to individual needs and abilities.
- Deliver one-on-one and small-group personal training sessions with a strong focus on safety and results.
- Provide guidance on exercise techniques, nutrition basics, recovery, and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Track client progress, maintain fitness records, and regularly update training plans.




- Build strong relationships with members to ensure motivation, retention, and long-term success.
- Promote and sell Personal Training packages to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Conduct gym floor interactions, member orientations, and fitness consultations.
- Ensure gym equipment is used safely and maintained in good condition.
- Support club events, fitness challenges, and promotional activities.

Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer from a recognized fitness certification body.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Trainer (Freshers with recognized certification may also apply).
- Robust knowledge of strength training, functional training, weight loss, muscle building, and exercise science.
- Excellent communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fitness and helping people achieve measurable results.
- Professional appearance with a positive and energetic attitude.
