Job Overview

We are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented PPC Specialist to take direct ownership of our paid search and social advertising campaigns. In this role, you will plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, focusing on budget allocation, keyword strategy, conversion tracking, and creative testing to lower Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) and maximize overall ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Setup: Plan, build, and scale performance-focused PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram).
- Optimization & Bidding: Continuously adjust bids, execute keyword expansion, add negative keywords, and refine audience targeting to keep accounts performing at peak efficiency.
- Conversion Tracking & Analytics: Configure and manage conversion tracking, event triggers,



and analytics pipelines using Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and platform pixels.
- A/B Testing & Creative Strategy: Design and run A/B tests for ad copy, creative assets, audience segments, and landing page conversions to drive higher Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Conversion Rates (CR).
- Performance Reporting: Monitor daily and monthly ad spend, manage client/company budgets, and deliver regular performance reports tracking critical metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPC, and CTR).
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with content, design, and web development teams to produce high-converting ad assets and seamless user funnels.
- Industry Insights: Stay ahead of advertising trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience directly managing medium-to-large budget PPC accounts.
