Green Aero Propulsion runs its R&D; and manufacturing operations out of our facility at KIADB Aerospace Park, and everything that happens inside those walls, from the DG set that keeps the lab powered during an outage to the fixed asset register that keeps our books clean, needs one person who owns it end to end. We're not looking for someone who waits for a ticket to be raised. We're looking for someone who walks the facility every morning, already knows what's about to break, and has it handled before anyone else notices there was a problem.

We'd rather be a large company with the agility of a small one than a small company that stays fast by staying small. That only works if the person running the facility thinks the same way: hands on, rapid moving, and comfortable owning a scope that keeps expanding as we grow.

Location:
KIADB Aerospace Park, Bengaluru, on site

Work days:
5 to 6 days a week depending on facility needs, with availability for genuine emergencies (equipment failure,



waterlogging during monsoon) outside standard hours

Experience:
5 to 8 years in facility or infrastructure management, ideally on a manufacturing, R&D;, or industrial campus

What the job actually looks like

You're responsible for the physical facility, full stop. That means the basics that people only notice when they go wrong: food and pantry supply, drinking water, garbage and waste management, and general upkeep of the space. It also means staying ahead of the things that can genuinely hurt us, like waterlogging during the monsoon, before it becomes a problem that damages equipment or shuts down work for a day.

You'll manage the equipment that keeps the facility functional, including DG sets and AC systems, making sure servicing schedules are followed and breakdowns get fixed fast rather than becoming a week long saga. You'll plan and execute capex for facility upgrades and new equipmen
