The Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Client Servicing to lead servicing outcomes for our enterprise accounts and manage a team of client servicing professionals.

This role sits at the heart of customer retention and account growth. You will translate service strategy into execution - ensuring clients receive consistent value, teams operate with discipline, and relationships mature into long-term partnerships.

You'll work closely with senior leadership across Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Technology to ensure enterprise customers remain healthy, engaged, and expanding.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end servicing, relationship management, and delivery outcomes for assigned enterprise accounts
- Act as a strategic partner to client stakeholders by understanding their workflows, KPIs, and operational challenges




- Drive structured account governance through regular reviews, service reporting, and alignment meetings
- Ensure Roadcast's platform and services consistently deliver value aligned to client business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Client Servicing Executives / Managers
- Define transparent service standards, goals, and performance expectations
- Monitor workload distribution, response times, and resolution quality
- Coach team members on stakeholder management, escalation handling, and structured problem-solving
- Serve as the first leadership escalation point for complex or high-impact client issues
- Define, monitor, and enforce SLAs, turnaround times, and service KPIs
- Ensure escalation frameworks are followed effectively, both internally and with clients
- Partner with Tech, Product, Operations, and Support teams to drive timely issue resolution
- Proactively identify service risks and implement corrective actions
