Job Description

The Deputy Manager (MG3) will drive the technical development, optimization, and techno-economic evaluation of the company?s new energy projects and clean tech portfolios.

This role focuses on translating cutting-edge energy solutions?spanning utility-scale renewables, decentralized microgrids, and industrial storage?into commercially viable, grid-ready assets.?

Key Responsibilities

Project Engineering Optimization: Lead the design and configuration of clean energy systems; optimize resource mixes, evaluate capacity sizing, and implement strategies to mitigate system and transmission losses.

Techno-Economic Modeling: Conduct rigorous financial and technical feasibility studies, analyzing Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE), Net Present Value (NPV), payback periods, and capital allocation (Debt/Equity) for recent energy ventures.

System Simulation: Utilize advanced engineering software to model energy profiles, analyze seasonal load-duration curves, and simulate thermal-fluid or transient behavior in energy conversion systems.

Strategic Sustainability Alignment:



Evaluate national energy balance trends and manage demand-side load shifting to align project pipelines with corporate ESG frameworks and sustainability benchmarks.

Team Stakeholder Leadership: Oversee project timelines, coordinate multi-layered operational logistics, mentor junior engineering staff, and present data-driven technical roadmaps to industrial stakeholders.

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in energy modeling and simulation tools (such as MATLAB, Simulink, Python, HOMER, and NREL-SAM).?

Domain Knowledge

Strong foundation in power systems planning, smart grid integration, transient thermodynamics, and carbon-management logistics.

Core Competencies: Elite analytical problem-solving skills, exceptional cross-functional coordination, and the ability to articulate complex technical data into strategic business insights.
