Role Description
The Founders Office Chief of Staff (Engineer) is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, working directly with the founding team on high-impact projects. Responsibilities include supporting founders in day-to-day operational tasks, coordinating meetings and follow-ups, preparing reports and documentation, and ensuring effective communication across teams. The role will involve analyzing data and product metrics, helping build and refine processes, and contributing to technical or product-related decision-making. The EA will assist with project tracking, research on tools and technologies, and drafting presentations, briefs, and internal updates.



This position is designed for someone who can combine engineering thinking with organizational and execution skills to help the founders move faster and more efficiently.

This is a role for a fresher, who is quick learner, with engineering as a background, but loves solving problems, and want to see entrepreneurs scale closely.

Qualifications
- Ability to apply engineering and analytical thinking to solve operational and product-related problems, including comfort with data, tools, and structured decision-making.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills to manage schedules, meetings, action items, and follow-ups for founders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presentations, emails, and concise summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of ownership, reliability, and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive information and work in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
