Role Description
The Inventory Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for monitoring stock levels across the store or warehouse, recording inventory movements,



and ensuring that products are available to meet customer demand. Day-to-day tasks include performing regular stock checks, reconciling physical stock with system records, updating inventory databases, and coordinating with purchasing and store operations teams to manage replenishment. The Inventory Executive will track incoming and outgoing goods, assist in identifying discrepancies or stock losses, and support accurate documentation for audits and reports. The role also involves maintaining orderly storage areas, following company procedures, and collaborating with colleagues to support smooth retail operations.

Qualifications
- Strong inventory management capabilities, including stock tracking, stock reconciliation, and basic knowledge of warehouse or store operations.
- Ability to work with inventory systems or software, including data entry, updating records, and generating simple reports using spreadsheets or ERP tools.
