Role:- ServiceNow GRC Developer / Consultant

At Hadron GBS, we're looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer to join our growing team. If you have hands-on expertise in implementing and configuring ServiceNow GRC solutions and are passionate about governance, risk, and compliance, we'd love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC modules, including Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Audit Management.
- Design, develop, and maintain GRC workflows, including automated processes for risk assessments, policy lifecycle management, and audits.
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow GRC platform, including upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
- Integrate ServiceNow GRC with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM) and third-party applications.
- Optimize GRC processes to improve compliance, risk visibility, and operational efficiency.




- Provide technical support and guidance to end users, resolving platform-related issues.
- Develop user documentation and conduct training sessions to drive platform adoption.
- Build reports and dashboards to monitor GRC performance, compliance metrics, and risk trends.
- Ensure the platform aligns with industry best practices and evolving regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:-
- Solid hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation and configuration.
- Experience with Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management modules.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, scripting, and integrations.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with internal and external applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
