Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated Collection Executive to join our team in Madurai. This role involves managing and recovering outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities**

* Contact customers via phone, email, and in-person visits (when necessary) to negotiate payment plans and collect outstanding dues.
* Analyze customer accounts to identify reasons for non-payment and develop effective collection strategies.
* Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant collection laws and company policies.
* Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance and outstanding balances.
* Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to resolve customer issues that may impact payment.




* Proactively identify and escalate complex collection cases to senior management.
* Assist in the development and implementation of current collection strategies and processes.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
* Proven experience (1-3 years) in collections, tele-calling, or customer service roles, preferably in a financial services environment.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Knowledge of local collection laws and regulations is an advantage.
* Fluency in Tamil and English is essential.
