Role Description
This is a part time, on-site Technical Trainer role based in Hyderabad. The Technical Trainer will design and deliver technical training programs, conduct classroom and lab sessions, and provide hands-on guidance to learners on industry-relevant tools and technologies. Responsibilities include preparing training materials, developing curricula aligned with market needs, and evaluating learner progress through assessments and feedback.



The role involves collaborating with academic and industry stakeholders to refine course content, offering individualized support to participants, and continuously updating training methods to reflect current best practices.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Technical Training and experience working as Technical Trainers.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and Training design and delivery.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear instruction, feedback, and learner support.
- Experience creating structured training content, lesson plans, and assessment tools is beneficial.
- Familiarity with education technology platforms, learning management systems, or blended learning approaches is advantageous.
- Relevant technical expertise in the domains being taught (e.g., software, IT, or industry-specific tools) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related technical or education field
