Primary Responsibilities:
- Hands on developer with good technical and coding skills
- Active interaction with onshore architect, technical leads and business analyst to understand requirements.
- Participate in solutioning and development of existing and new features
- Drive technical quality and delivery for a scrum team
- Works on complex user stories
- Proactive for looking at span of ownership and adjacent areas with a start-up mind set,
demonstrates thought leadership and looks for value creation opportunities like process optimization, improvement in user experience, reduction in engineering costs, reduction in infra costs, reduction in cycle times, reduction in tech debt etc
- Advises and supports Engineering Manager and Sr IC for creating case for recent found opportunities, and works for funding from business
- Reviews and challenges requirements, wire-frames, features etc from point of view of business, user or customer, and suggests meaningful changes resulting into better functional design
- Analyses and investigates
- Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making
