Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong background in the events and media industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, generating sponsorships for events, developing strategic collaborations, and building strong B2B and B2C market relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent networking, communication,



and sales abilities with a passion for event sponsorships, partnerships, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Business Strategy

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the events and media industry

Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to develop effective business strategies

Identify new business opportunities for revenue generation and brand expansion

2. Sponsorship & Partnership Development

· Generate and manage sponsorships for conferences, summits, exhibitions, campaigns, and brand activities

· Identify potential sponsors aligned with event themes and audience profiles

· Build strategic partnerships with corporates, brands, agencies, and institutions

· Develop and pitch sponsorship proposals and partnership opportunities to clients

· Create customized sponsorship packages and branding opportun
