Role & responsibilities
- Support in the implementation of all MORE-related design activities within India, including the introduction of regional, BU- and subject-specific process and system templates
- Coordination and operational integration of all relevant systemic and organizational interfaces
- Reporting of deviations from standard processes to the governance of the domain Finance
- Setting up expert networks
- Assuming the role of a sub-project leader for the domain Finance to actively support the defined (sub-) project objectives
- Responsibility for the development of targeted (sub-) process control, ensuring the completeness of the regional process as well as continuous process improvement
- Support for the standardization and harmonization of all ERP processes

Preferred candidate profile




- University degree in a technical or commercial field of study
- Many years of qualified experience in Finance
- Deep understanding of the underlying values of the global MAHLE organization
- Strong coordination and leadership skills
- Experience in project management on an international Level
- Solid understanding of cross-functional processes incl. the respective implementation in SAP systems, ideally in S/4 Hana
- Very good communication skills and team spirit
- Structured, solution-oriented and proactive way of working
- Fluent in spoken and written English skills desirable
- Willingness to travel internationally within Asia
