About the Role

The Sales Executive – Offtrade will be responsible for driving secondary sales, building strong relationships with key retail partners, and ensuring the availability, visibility, and execution of South Seas portfolio across Up-to-date Trade and Offtrade outlets. The role requires market intelligence, distribution management, and strong coordination with distributors and internal teams to meet business targets.
- ### Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Target Achievement
- 1. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- 2. Ensure growth in primary and secondary sales through structured planning and execution.
- 3. Identify and onboard new Offtrade accounts to expand market reach.
- Distribution & Visibility Management
- 4. Ensure consistent product availability across key Offtrade channels such as liquor shops, retail outlets, and modern trade stores.
- 5. Execute planograms, product placements,



and shelf/share-of-space guidelines set by the company.
- 6. Regularly track and prevent Out-of-Stock (OOS) situations.
- Retail Execution & Activation
- 7. Implement trade promotions, consumer offers, POS material deployments, and brand visibility programs.
- 8. Conduct store visits to monitor displays, branding, and execution compliance.
- 9. Coordinate with the marketing team for retail promotions, sampling, and activation events.
- Stakeholder & Distributor Management
- 10. Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
- 11. Ensure timely order processing, delivery follow-ups, and payment collections.
- 12. Share business performance feedback and insights with management.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting
- 13. Track competitor pricing, schemes, new launches, and market trends.
- 14. Maintain updated records including daily beat plans, route maps, stock status, and execution repor
