Key Responsibilities

Counsel students & parents through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
Explain courses, eligibility, admission process, and documentation requirements.
Assist applicants throughout the complete admission journey.
Verify applications and maintain accurate student records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.
Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management.




Deliver an exceptional student-first experience while achieving counselling goals.

What We're Looking For

1–4 years of experience in Academic/Admission Counselling (JEE/NEET experience preferred).
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong empathy with a student-centric approach.
Proficiency in English & Hindi (local language is an added advantage).
Comfortable using online learning platforms and digital tools.
