Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to manage the complete tendering process for government projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable tenders, preparing and submitting bids, coordinating with internal teams, participating in tender-related meetings, and representing the company during discussions with government departments and procurement authorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant government tenders through GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Prepare, compile, and submit technical and financial bid documents within the specified timelines.
- Upload and manage bid submissions on GeM and other e-tendering portals.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, technical, legal, and operations teams to collect required documents and information.
- Ensure all tender submissions comply with government procurement guidelines and company policies.
- Attend pre-bid meetings,



bid-opening sessions, and other tender-related events.
- Travel to government departments, client offices, and procurement agencies to participate in tender discussions, negotiations, clarification meetings, and document verification.
- Represent the company professionally during interactions with government officials and procurement authorities.
- Respond to tender clarifications and submit additional documents as requested.
- Track tender status from submission through award and contract execution.
- Maintain accurate records of tender documents, correspondence, contracts, and bid outcomes.
- Build and maintain skilled relationships with government departments and public sector organizations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in government tender management or bid management.
