We are looking for an experienced IT Manager Infrastructure & Cybersecurity to lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and enterprise IT operations.

The ideal candidate will ensure high infrastructure availability, strengthen cybersecurity posture, drive compliance initiatives, and enable business continuity while leading a high-performing IT team.

About the Role :
- Manage enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud, and endpoints.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls including IAM, MFA, EDR, DLP, firewalls, and email security.
- Ensure infrastructure uptime and performance.
- Lead vulnerability management, patch management, and endpoint compliance.
- Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS environments.
- Develop and execute disaster recovery and backup strategies.
- Lead incident response and risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC2, and ITGC requirements.




- Manage IT vendors, licensing, budgets, and procurement.
- Lead and mentor the IT infrastructure team.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders on IT strategy and technology initiatives.

What are we looking for :
- 6- 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, networking, and cloud platforms.
- Solid knowledge of Azure or AWS.
- Experience with IAM, MFA, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, EDR, DLP, and enterprise firewalls.
- Experience in vulnerability management, endpoint security, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Exposure to ISO 27001, SOC2, ITGC, or similar compliance frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
