Designation: Lead Engineer - Doors & Closures
Role Purpose
To lead and deploy the processes in the respective fields.



To ensure on time delivery and effective resolution of project related incidents there by ensuring business continuity for value addition to stakeholders.

Responsibilities/ Task
Generic Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of deliverables of the project
- Front end the customer on behalf of the team as required
- Largely work as an individual contributor. However, may be required to handle some junior team members in the project structure.

Process Management
- Understands the technical requirement of customer and project
- Establish the plan and monitors its progress
- Ensure process compliance in association with the Tech Lead.
- Prepare/verify documentation of important processes/ activities
- Identify best practices

Delivery Support
- Leads the technical implementation and functions as a point of escalation for resolution of technical matters.
- Ensures on time resolution of service/ service request from customer.
