Job Title: School Security Officer

Summary:

A School Security Officer ensures the safety of students, staff, and school property by monitoring activities, enforcing rules, and responding to emergencies. With a background as a retired army professional, they bring discipline, experience, and leadership to create a secure learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol campus and monitor security systems.
- Control access to the school and verify visitor credentials.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and conflicts.
- Enforce school rules, including safety and behavior policies.
- Maintain logs and prepare incident reports.
- Support staff and students with safety guidance and assistance.

Qualifications:




- Retired army personnel with a strong understanding of security protocols.
- High school diploma (required); experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
- Solid communication, conflict resolution, and emergency response skills.
- Certification in first aid or CPR is a plus.

Personal Attributes:
- Responsible, alert, calm under pressure, disciplined, and approachable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,100.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
