PrithviAds is a growing digital marketing and advertising agency helping businesses scale through performance marketing, lead generation, SEO, website development, creative solutions, and digital strategy.

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team in Gurgaon and manage recruitment and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, initial interviews, and interview coordination.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare HR documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other employment documents.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR databases.




- Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR matters professionally.
- Assist management with performance reviews and employee performance management.
- Support employee engagement and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare regular recruitment and HR reports for management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency
