Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth for our premium corporate gifting solutions. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and expand our portfolio of corporate clients across industries like IT, finance, manufacturing, and hospitality. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at B2B sales, and has a passion for creative gifting strategies that enhance brand loyalty and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire current corporate clients through cold calling, networking events, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and industry referrals.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets, focusing on high-value gifting contracts (e.g., employee rewards, client appreciation,



festive hampers, promotional merchandise).
- Conduct market research to identify trends in corporate gifting, competitor activities, and potential client needs; recommend customized gifting solutions like branded merchandise, eco-friendly gifts, or personalized experiences.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (HR heads, marketing managers, procurement teams) through regular follow-ups, presentations, and post-sale support.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution, from concept ideation to timely delivery.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, RFPs, and pitches showcasing ROI on gifting campaigns (e.g., improved employee retention or client satisfaction).
