Job Purpose:
- This role is responsible for extensively working in Inhouse Sales coordination. This includes the ability to provide support to the sales team and customers and ensure smooth operation of sales activities within the Organization. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales workplace.
- The primary focus should be to support the sales team and customers and facilitate the sales process within the organization. This role involves coordinating various aspects of the sales cycle to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Duties:

Key roles:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team and customers by preparing and sending sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients. Coordinate with various internal departments to gather necessary information and ensure timely delivery of sales materials.
- Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently by entering details to ERP, ensuring that all required information is complete and accurate.



Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
- Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- ERP Management: Maintain and update customer databases and sales records in ERP. Generate sales reports and provide sales analysis to the sales team and management as required.
- Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team and customers to schedule meetings, appointments, and customer visits.
- Sales Communication: Facilitate effective communication between the sales team, internal departments, and customers. Ensure that all stakeholders are well-informed about sales activities, changes, and updates.
