Job Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, panels, and equipment. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical machines. Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and circuit schematics. Monitor electrical equipment performance and ensure smooth plant operations. Identify electrical faults and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies. Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation. Support commissioning, testing, and installation of recent electrical equipment. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and efficiency. Required Skills: Knowledge of electrical circuits, motors, transformers, MCC, VFD, PLC, and control panels. Basic understanding of industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting. Ability to read electrical drawings and technical manuals. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) is an added advantage. Good communication and teamwork skills.
