As we continue to expand across India, we're looking for a
Sales Lead
to drive our B2B healthcare business.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy for corporate healthcare and employee benefits.
- Acquire and manage relationships with corporates, HR leaders, CHROs, CFOs, and CXOs.
- Promote solutions including Group Medical Insurance (GMC), Group Personal Accident (GPA), Group Term Life (GTL), wellness programmes, preventive healthcare, and value-added services.
- Build partnerships with insurers, healthcare providers, TPAs, hospitals, and wellness partners.
- Lead the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and consultative selling to proposal development, negotiations, and closure.
- Collaborate with leadership to scale a fast-growing business.

What We're Looking For
- 8–15 years of experience in B2B sales within healthcare,



employee benefits, insurance, wellness, or corporate healthcare solutions.
- Strong network among HR, Admin, Finance, and corporate decision-makers.
- Proven track record of acquiring and growing enterprise or mid-market accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- A self-driven professional with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys building businesses.
