Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Lead to own and accelerate pipeline growth across our SaaS product portfolio. This role is responsible for developing and executing scalable demand generation strategies that drive qualified leads, marketing-sourced pipeline,



and revenue growth across our SaaS product portfolio. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across inbound marketing, SEO, paid acquisition, content marketing, webinars, events, and conversion optimization. This is a high-impact role with direct ownership of marketing performance and pipeline generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Generation Strategy

● Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation programs to drive qualified pipeline growth.

● Build quarterly and annual demand generation plans aligned with revenue targets.

● Identify and scale growth opportunities across organic, paid, partner, and outbound channels.

Pipeline & Lead Generation

● Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and lead generation goals.

● Drive MQL, SQL, and prospect creation across multiple product lines.

● Improve lead quality and conversion rates throughout the funnel.
