We are hiring production support Engineer:-

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Mode- 5 Days work from Office

Location- Bangalore
- Scripting in Python, Bash or similar language
- Working experience in a quick paced production support environment preferably business facing

fintech support preferred
- Basic Understanding of Capital markets, order management and downstream processes preferred
- Great communication skills
- Strong desire to understand the business and self-motivated approach in learning the new systems
- Proven ability in doing the extensive production application checkouts ,alert setup and monitoring ,batch-job monitoring in large-scale systems
- Ability to think critically ,make decision under pressure during Incident calls ,



troubleshoot ,resolve and escalate system issues as needed to maintain high availability
- Collaborate with Dev Team / QA and Business team to improve system reliability and efficiency
- Good experience in writing SQL queries ,Unix commands to troubleshoot and parse production logs

Desired Experience:

Familiarity with i.e writing Slang scripts / raising slang change reviews /troubleshooting slang code base

Knowledge of FIX messaging protocol

Working in equities cash markets and trading systems

Writing C++, Python, Java, Javascript
