Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Civil

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to handle quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, billing, and cost control for construction projects in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for civil, structural & finishing works
- Conduct rate analysis and prepare detailed cost estimates
- Prepare client/subcontractor bills and verify invoices
- Monitor project costs, support budgeting, and track material consumption
- Assist in tendering, bid evaluation, and procurement
- Prepare measurement sheets, variation claims, and final accounts
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, architects, and consultants

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Quantity Surveying Certificate / Diploma from NICMAR, BHADANIS QS Institute, RICS or equivalent (mandatory preference)




- 2–8 years of experience in quantity surveying, estimation, or billing
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; QS/estimation software knowledge is an advantage
- Robust knowledge of IS Codes, measurement standards, and construction practices

Preferred
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of contracts, tendering, and cost management
