JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Senior React.js Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks. You will be responsible for developing responsive user interfaces, optimizing application performance, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js.
- Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or similar libraries.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.




- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and Backend Developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions and architecture decisions.
Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development with strong expertise in React.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Sass/SCSS, and Bootstrap.
- Deep understanding of React fundamentals, Hooks, Context API, component lifecycle, and performance optimization.
- Strong experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit, or similar state management libraries.
- Experience with Material UI (MUI) or other modern UI component libraries.
- Good understanding of responsive design and contemporary UI/UX principles.
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs and handling
