Thambis Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a field-based role focused on promoting our study abroad and overseas education services. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Study Abroad / Overseas Education industry and be confident in developing institutional partnerships and generating quality student leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other educational institutions to promote our study abroad programs.
- Generate qualified student leads through field marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and business partners.
- Organize and coordinate seminars, education fairs, and promotional campaigns.
- Represent the company at educational events and student outreach programs.
- Coordinate with the counselling team to ensure timely follow-up of generated leads.
- Submit daily field visit reports and maintain accurate records.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the Study Abroad / Overseas Education industry (Mandatory).
- Experience in field marketing, student recruitment, or business development within an overseas education consultancy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field marketing activities.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
