Role Description
The Food Safety Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This role is responsible for overseeing food safety and quality standards across honey, cookies, and jam manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with national and international regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing food safety protocols, monitoring production processes,



conducting inspections and audits, and managing HACCP and related documentation. The Food Safety Manager will investigate and resolve quality issues, coordinate with production and R&D; teams on process improvements, and train staff on food safety practices. The role also involves collaborating with external auditors and clients to maintain certifications and support the company’s export and private label commitments.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Management to establish, monitor, and improve quality systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Food Safety and Food Manufacturing to manage hygienic processes, compliance, and production workflows.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of the Food & Beverage sector to understand industry standards, ingredients, and consumer expectations.
- Experience with HACCP, FSSAI or equivalent
