About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of residential and/or commercial property sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close sales.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective buyers.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and CRM,



to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property developments.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
