We're Hiring: Allocations Techno-Functional Engineer (PL/SQL Expert) | India*

Samay Consulting is looking for a *full-time Allocations Techno-Functional Engineer* to support a heavily customized BY/JDA Allocations setting for one of our enterprise retail clients.

What you'll bring:
- Strong PL/SQL — stored procs, MV refresh, batch scripting, ORA error diagnosis
- Shell scripting for batch orchestration & SSH-based ops
- Python for automation & data validation
- Solid Oracle DB tuning (query tuning, indexing, MV strategy)
- Functional know-how of Allocations business processes
- Comfort ramping up fast on a highly customized system

Nice to have: Airflow experience (DAGs, task monitoring)

Shift:* 11 AM – 8 PM IST, plus on-call alert coverage from 8–10:30 PM IST (in sync with our onsite team)
