● Collaborate proactively with the team to support site visit efforts.
● Take the initiative to establish connections with potential Builders and developers, grasp their residential real estate assets, and arrange meetings with key decision-makers.
● Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with Builders and developers.
● Develop a comprehensive understanding of relevant properties within the industry.
● Collaborate closely with the team lead to gain insights into the Bangalore real estate market.
● Strong understanding of Bangalore geography.
● 0 to 1+ years of experience in real estate
● Own vehicle (optional)
● Willingness to travel within the city

Pay: ₹282,747.24 - ₹600,000.00 per year
