Role Summary

The Account Service Delivery Manager (ASDM) will be responsible for leading and expanding a strategic Banking account, ensuring exceptional service delivery while driving long-term business growth. The role requires a commercially driven leader who can combine delivery excellence with account expansion, partner closely with senior client stakeholders, and lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall success, profitability, and growth of a strategic Banking account with end-to-end accountability for delivery, governance, and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and execute account growth strategies to expand existing engagements through cross-sell, up-sell, and new transformation opportunities.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including VP, SVP, and C-level executives.

• Lead governance forums, executive reviews,



and strategic planning sessions to align business objectives with technology roadmaps.

• Oversee the successful delivery of large-scale IT services, ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and operational excellence.

• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration, application modernization, and enterprise managed services programs.

• Own account financials, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, margin optimization, and investment planning.

• Partner with solutioning, presales, and delivery teams to develop cutting-edge technology solutions aligned with client business objectives.

• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder engagements, effectively resolving escalations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Identify business risks and opportunities, proactively implementing strategies to improve account performance and long-term value.
