Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to strengthen Consortium Gifts' digital presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, creating, designing, and publishing engaging content that aligns with the brand's identity and business objectives. Along with social media management, the candidate should have hands-on experience in creating visually appealing graphics such as social media posts, carousels, banners, stories, and other digital creatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the social media content calendar across all platforms.
- Create engaging social media content, including static posts, carousel posts, stories, reels, and promotional creatives.
- Design graphics using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
- Write compelling captions and coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Publish content on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.




- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect content related to products, client projects, events, celebrations, and company activities.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Track content performance using platform insights and recommend improvements based on analytics.
- Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns, product launches, festive campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain an organized library of creative assets, templates, and brand guidelines.
- Ensure all content is published as per the planned schedule and quality standards.

Required Skills
- Solid understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Good graphic designing skills with proficiency
