About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter cum executive to lead the complete recruitment and HR setup for our new Guwahati branch. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in talent acquisition, particularly in blue-collar and bulk hiring, along with experience in setting up new branches, handling HR documentation, and coordinating office setup activities.

The candidate should possess excellent local market knowledge, have strong networking skills with recruitment agencies, and be fluent in the local language. This role requires someone who can independently establish HR operations from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar positions.

* Manage bulk hiring of drivers, loaders, helpers, warehouse staff, supervisors, and office employees.

* Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, recruitment agencies,



and local networks.

* Build and maintain a strong database of candidates for current and future hiring needs.

* Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.

* Ensure positions are closed within the defined timelines.

Branch Setup & HR Operations

* Support the complete HR setup for the new branch.

* Coordinate office setup activities, including identifying and finalizing office premises in coordination with management.

* Assist in vendor coordination and local administrative requirements during branch establishment.

* Ensure all statutory and HR documentation is completed before operations commence.

* Develop and maintain employee records and HR files.

Employee Onboarding & Documentation

* Complete joining formalities and document verification.

* Prepare employee files and maintain HRMIS/employee records.
